How long will it take to get my Photos/Videos?

It depends on the project. Weddings will typically take between 6-8 weeks, but I quote 12 just to be safe. Portraits will typically take between 1-2 weeks.
 

Do you provide 4k video?

Yes, we can and do typically deliver in 4k. If 1080p is requested, we care more than happy to provide the final delivery in that format.
 

How far are you willing to travel for my project?

Anywhere we are able to!

With that said, if traveling somewhere outside of San Diego, additional fees will be applied for travel, lodging, and any other incurred fees. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have on this topic.
 

What if I don’t like the final video?

In this RARE instance, any requested revisions will be notated and we will do our best to fulfill your vision. Minor revisions are typically not an issue, however if a full re-edit is requested, there will be additional charges as this will likely need to be added.
 

When do I pay for my Photos/video?

For portraits, I do not take any payment until the shoot is complete. Payment can be made any time on the day of the shoot. Editing will not take place until payment is made.

For weddings, a $1000 non-refundable retainer is collected upon signing the contract. This retainer is what saves your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
